Handcrafted in Margaret River, WA
Nose: Bright and aromatic with an immediate burst of ripe passionfruit, followed by citrusy, floral notes of yuzu peel. Subtle hints of juniper and wild native botanicals give it an earthy, coastal complexity.
Palate: Zesty and fruit-forward. The tangy acidity of yuzu leads, balanced by the tropical sweetness of passionfruit pulp. A gentle warmth of juniper carries through the mid-palate, with underlying herbaceous tones from native Western Australian botanicals.
Finish: Clean, crisp, and refreshingly tart. Lingering notes of citrus oils, piney juniper, offering a mouthwatering, dry finish that invites another sip.
Perfect Serve: Over ice with a splash of soda or Mediterranean tonic, garnished with a slice of lime or dehydrated yuzu. Also stunning in a White Negroni, Southside, or a Passionfruit Collins.
