A fresh approach to the classic American pale ale. A bit of crystal and Munich malt to give the beer that lovely colour and malty character synonymous with APAs. Hopped throughout the hot side of the brew with old school US hops Cascade and Columbus, we then stuffed the fermenter full to the brim with a good ol' double dry hop, stacked with all your new US faves: Talus, Mosaic, Sabro and Idaho 7
