What happens when you let brewers choose what they brew? It’s a bit like letting toddlers loose in the snack cupboard – absolute carnage.
Over the past five years, we’ve let our brewers run wild with IPA development, each one exploring different malt, hop, and yeast combinations. The goal? To create the perfect IPA.
In that time, we’ve experimented heavily with a range of IPA styles and landed on one that we bloody LOVE. Enter the Cali IPA.
Cleaner than a West Coast, crisper than a Lager, and dangerously drinkable.
 
All Rocky Ridge beers are brewed at our off-grid, carbon-neutral facility in Jindong, Western Australia. Our beers are brewed naturally, the slow way, preservative-free and unpasteurised.
